L'entreprise ne devrait pas croire que l'homme est bon. Elle devrait en avoir la certitude.
Désolé, contrairement à la théorie "rousseauiste" de l'homme bon, je pense pour ma part qu'il vaut mieux, au regard des milliers d'années qui nous précédent et de tous les évènements (in)humains dont elles ont été témoins,penser que l'homme est une bête féroce, surtout vis-à-vis de ses congénères. Et que la civilisation (ou ce qui en est la prétention) ne lui donne qu'un mince verni de sociabilité. Vernis qui chez certains ne tient pas très longtemps : guerres, meurtres, jalousies. Heureusement, il y a quand mème une bonne proportion d'humains qui s'en satisfont...Mais le constat global de notre espèce n'en est malheureusement pas plus réjouissant.

J'ajouterai à mon commentaire précédent : l'entreprise ne doit pas avoir la certitude que l'homme est bon. Quel intérêt pour elle?Mais qu'il est compétent, ou peut l'acquérir, qu'il est honnête, travailleur et capable de proposer des solutions, de se former, de vivre en équipe et d'apporter sa pierre, sa contribution aux résultats. Voil^tout, et c'est dékà beaucoup.
Après, encore faut-il que l'entreprsie croit en l'investissement "humain", comme vecteur essentiel de sa prospérité, de son avenir..et non pas qu'elle assimile l'homme à une charge, un coût!!
